Microsoft windows 8 was not a successful product for the company. they were many complaints about the bug in it and the growing number of pro hackers that users started to posting and tweeting about the weaknesses.
Microsoft had to stand against this, so they come up with a update , named win 8.1 or windows blue and claim that they have made they effort to lessen the amount of bugs. also it is being told that they had lots of minor changes, but these minor changes can be ended in a big one especially just a year after the original Windows 8 release.
Some interface changes, including smaller , support for desktop wallpapers and larger Live Tiles behind the Start Screen, and new parallax wallpapers. The Start button also sees its return, and an option to boot to the desktop. Microsoft has also improved multitasking of apps, multi-monitor support, and access to a number of PC settings in the touch-based "Metro" environment. Bing search is integrated, along with Mail and built-in app improvements. Windows 8.1 or windows blue wants to address first-time user complaints from October 18th onwards!!
